മലബാര്‍ ക്രിസ്തുമത പാരമ്പര്യത്തെ പിന്നീട് വന്ന രണ്ടു വിദേശീയ (സിറിയന്‍ &
ലത്തീന്‍) പാരമ്പര്യങ്ങള്‍ നാമാവശേഷമാക്കി, രണ്ടിന്റെയും സങ്കരമായ സിറോ മലബാര്‍
വാര്‍ത്തെടുത്തു. പക്ഷെ ഇന്നും രണ്ടു പക്ഷവും തമ്മില്‍ ഉള്പോരിലാണ് എന്നാണ്
മനസ്സിലാക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുന്നത്. എന്നാല്‍ മലബാറിനെപ്പറ്റി ആര്‍ക്കും ചിന്തയില്ല.

It is believed that St. Thomas reached Malabar Coast in the year AD52 much before Christianity reached Rome in AD72. But the original St. Thomas tradition of Malabar Church founded by him was totally destroyed by the later invasion of Syrian and European traditions.
